봄의 제전은 아프리카 커피로 만든다.

매 해 커피 종류와 배합 비율은 다르지만, “꽃향기도 느껴지고, 섬세하고도 달콤한 생기가 느껴지는 커피. 인동초 류의 꽃, 설탕에 절인 감귤류의 껍질, 캐러멜과 캐럽의 향과 맛, 새콤달콤하고 활기가 넘치는 신맛, 풍부하고 끈적하지만 탄력성 있는 마우스필, 섬세한 끝 맛”의 뉘앙스는 유사하다. 누구를 위한 커피인가: 밝고 향기로운 봄의 아침을 좋아하는 사람들. 2014년 봄에 만든 이 커피는 해를 거듭하며 팬들이 많다. 2022년 현재 버전은 에티오피아 워시드 커피를 혼합하여 상큼한 봄을 기다려본다.
